How do I request a quote?

Via the contact form or by email. If possible, send your file (STL, STEP, DXF) and a brief description of your project.

What materials do you use?

We mainly work with PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PA and other technical filaments. For laser processing, we use wood and suitable plastics.

What is the delivery time?

This depends on the project. Small parts are often ready within a few days. For larger or more complex projects, you will receive a clear schedule in advance.

Can I have a prototype made?

Yes. We produce both prototypes and small series.

🔄Return Policy

Standard webshop products

For products purchased through the webshop (not custom-made), there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt.

Within this period, you can return the product without giving a reason.

Conditions:

• The product is unused and undamaged

• It is returned in its original condition and packaging

• The return notification is made within 14 days of delivery

After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Custom products

Products that are specially made to order or personalised cannot be returned.

Exception:

• In the case of a manufacturing defect

• In case of transport damage (report within 48 hours with photos)

Products are shipped as soon as they are produced and checked. For online purchases, products
are shipped within 1-2 working days
